They vote LibDem because unlike the other parties - they put out regular newsletters - keep their eyes on local issues and are always the first to launch local campaigns to get things done.
If they get a pot hole filled or a street signed repaired or graffiti removed then they produce a newsletter about it.
You gain votes at a local level on being strong local campaigners - not by wanting to get the UK out of the EU.
The BNP are seen as a party of protest to send a message to the establishment.
UKIP are seen as...?
