a bnp councillor in sandwell has attended just 27.3% of possible meetings 2007/2008 council year. carl bulter who was elected in may 2006 , is one of only two bnp councillors left in the borough , after simon smith left the party and jamie Lloyed was thrown off the council for his 0% attendance. his colleague russell green also scores poorley in the value for money stakes , with 54.6% attendance in the same period.
