Default "Constituency where UKIP gots its top vote at last election is now 25% east european"

It has emerged that 25% of the population of the marginal Conservative-held constituency of Boston in Lincolshire are east europeans (who have entered the UK under EU rules which mean that British border controls cannot stop any of them coming in and cannot remove them either).

Boston is a big town in the south of the large and scenic county of Lincolnshire - UKIP got its highest vote in the seat at the last General Election.
