Governments have won General Elections with the economy not doing well - but I share your view that Labour deserve to be removed from office. Not just because of the poor state of the economy (i.e. inflation, high council tax, expensive energy bills, stealth tax etc.) - but because of their europhile and pro-ID card views and because of their disgraceful refusal to honour their 2005 General Election Manifesto promise to give us a referendum vote on the EU Constitution.
