No, you can't. Your advice is out of date. Local parish polls have to be on local issues, not remaining in the EU or the LT.

You don't give up easily do you? Treason is a time-limited offence. There's plenty of free information, complete with reference to statute law, on this very forum. Go and read it, there's a good chap.
