Dictators
do not let go of power, and like the parasites they are, can only survive through leeching. This can be in the form of war, fraud or charity. Mugabe has done fraud (inflation) to death, and if we cut charity then he will turn to force.
At which point, a well delivered bullet from the nearest free country wouldn't go amiss.
