If you are murdered, therefore, there is an 80% chance that it will be done by someone who isn't "foreign"
85.7% of the population are "White - British", which means that 14.3% aren't. Though this is significantly higher if you believe that illegal immigrants occupy a large percentage of the population.
Which means that, if you don't take illegal immigration into account, that "foreigners" are marginally more likely to commit a murder than non-foreigners!
