Ms Flint has already been informed of publication of the following with an invitation to comment:-

In accordance with Government open policy and a Member of Parliament being answerable to her constituents in the Don Valley, 'the madam' is invited to answer the following points:-

1. Why has she and/or her constituency office allegedly misled the Information Commissioner in relation to a 'subject access request' under the relevant section of the Freedom of Information Act, made June last year.

2. Why has it taken until March this year (approx. 9 months later) to ask for a fee to service the above request, and what has she said to the Commissioner during this time.

3. Why will she not confirm compliance with the Data Protection Act on a specific request also made June last year.

The Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) has been provided with evidence that Madam Flint's constituency office received requests made last June. To date the ICO has received no explanation to the above, and nothing is forthcoming.

Readers and constituents alike may conclude that, whilst Madam Flint is at the heart of the Law making process, for her to ignore laws made for us all is not only hyprocritical but obscene.
