Oh dear... despite me highlighting the ED candidate in Cambridge the other day the ED's do not currently acknowledge this person as a candidate. Brian Lee is presumably responsible. Is Tim Hawke a candidate? If not why not? If so why has he been excluded from the list of ED candidates?
