I have no doubt that there is an element of racialism involved, but there is a much stronger causative factor and that is social deprivation.
What meaningless concept? Much more likely a social component spinning out from the environmental factors surrounding how so many young black youths are required to endure.
But that makes no sense. In the paragraph starting with “Bear in mind that 2% of the population of the UK is classified as black” you indicate that those serving sentences for sexual offences as being 8.1% of the prison population.
Is it that you have made the figures up, or that you don’t understand what you are reading. Or that you continue to look for things that will support your bigotry and prejudice rather than continually look for facts and reality?
There is a bottom line.
A persons racial origins at best give an indication to their social values but the social values are not genetic, they are learned factors and behaviour.
What being black in Britain is far more likely to indicate is the probability that a person will be from a socially deprived background and have suffered prejudice, bigotry, disadvantage, and lack of opportunity.

Really we that just does not add up.
The British Crime Survey, published in 1998, estimates that in 1995, 382,000 offences were racially motivated. Of these, 143,000 were committed against members of ethnic minorities, and 238,000 against white people.
if the ethnic minorities comprise 6% of the population of the UK (as of 1998), and are producing 238,000 racial assaults per year, and the white population, who comprise 94% of the population, are producing 143,000 racial assaults per year, it would appear that, on a per capita basis, the ethnic minorities are producing about 25 times more racial assaults than the white population. In fact, this clearly underestimates the discrepancy, since some of the racial assaults against blacks will have been committed by Asians, and some (I would guess a lot) of the assaults on Asians will have been committed by blacks.
Then we could mention how much more opportunity Blacks have too with the vast array of organisations that support Blacks on jobs and placements that are reserved for Ethnic Minorities.
