BC are you suggesting that there is something inherent in blacks, biologically speaking, that causes this? Because it might be news to you but the idea of different "races" is generally dismissed by geneticists these dats with as much similarites between a white and black and a black and a black on average.
Also such a view that black's are biology more likely to engage in negative behaviours is the very essence of rascism. Not that you are necessarily of this view, I can't tell.
