My real beef is that ultimately us Dartford taxpayers will have to foot the bill for this case and pay the parasites while Mr Riley gets his 15 minutes of fame.
I'm no fan of the shy and retiring council leader and his acolytes but everyone blames them for driving the small businesses to the wall but those who moved to other areas of Dartford are flourishing. Many of them had closed down long before the proposed plans, but the EDs seem to have overlooked this fact and wish to appear as the saviour of small businesses in Dartford but obviously didn't patronise them enough to stave off closure, then again Mr & Mrs Riley have only resided here for a number of months.
Lowfield Street is a s******e and needs regeneration NOW!
Good luck with your case but I fear that it's doomed and when I receive next year's Council Tax increase I shall urge all Dartfordians to get in touch with the EDs!!!
