Actually, I think many EDs would oppose the creation of a seperate nation state for England. At their AGM back in September last year, they voted overwhelmingly against offering an independence referendum. I have not seen an official statement from them saying they would support a referendum for England if Scotland were granted one, so on the evidence thus far, it seems unlikely they will move in that direction. As you know, the leadership of the party is staunchly unionist so unless the leadership changes, neither will their policy on this subject.
