Me too ultimately although I see little wrong with a confederation in the short term.
By unfortunately I meant there is not too much support, as of now, for things like a Wessex or a Mercian or North-west England regional assembly in England with some actual power. I think these would be a good idea. There certainly parties and groups who support all these though, which I again think is good.
