Absolutely. From experience, Farage needs to emulate Maggie in his 'ad-hoc' replies, though. He's excellent when he's had a chance to prepare; his ability to improvise (something William Hague is excellent at, despite his other faults) could be masked by the Maggie technique of stonewalling, telling the interviewer that what they meant to ask was.... etc., followed by another masterful set piece.
