I like your ideas on education via the internet. The net is, in my view, a terrific way to reach a large number of people through good teachers because so many can tune in at once and this can spread standards of excellence across a broad spectrum. I have much experience in the correspondence method of edu that used to be the way before the net and so if the net can be brought in then that will make things even better. This method has an added bonus - it cultivates self-discipline and motivates self-expression and independent thinking. All good, it is as always a matter of people not abusing a system or a good idea.
The net also has opened up areas for therapy and medical help across a broad spectrum too. All good. Especially for those who can't get around as easily as others. And for friendships, it has saved many a lonely person's sanity.
