Exactly - that's my point....
You're right - who tells them "no" - obviously there's money and resources aplenty ready and waiting.
It doesn't matter what the budget deficit says because it's really not a factor.
Why ?
Because it separate from the financial interests of those banks/corporations who benefit who aren't necessarily involved in government spending at all, but end up winning the oil and the "redevelopement" contracts when they go to war.

Don't you find it suprising that Hitler came to power during a period of dire financial difficulty for the German people, yet he was able to come up with the money needed to produce a military machine capable of nearly taking over the world ?
