It is good that your motto is Protect & Serve.

My firm beliefs are that the Rule of Law, Freedom and Democracy
can only be continued and increased by open debate and public knowlage.

Here is a brief introduction to what I require.

What I really require is all information available concerning
Northern Constabulary, and its relationship to the European Union.
Scottish Police Forces and their relationship to the European Union.

POLICE OFFICERS from other European Union countries are to be allowed to operate in Britain under laws announced yesterday.

e.g. I believe Foreign Nationals can become Policemen (and Specials) in Scotland if they have been resident in the UK for 3 years and have all relevant residence/work permits.
