, i cant imagine the sort of fight a Tarpon would put up on a AFTM 9 Fly rod, especially one of 40/50 LBS, that must have been a B***'s breaker, the little'uns on the sand flats would do me.
It really is a shame that we dont have fish of that calibre in our waters but who knows with the planet warming up we may soon see some Stripped Bass and Tarpon off the Eddystone with any luck. lol.
