Horrible as it is that is the cold hard truth.
Thats the same point as I was trying to make about the middle east.
You can't carpet bomb or impose democracy.
A country needs to find it's own way and learn by it's own mistakes and fight it's own revolutions.
As far as I can tell helping the developing world means little more than using money from the west to pay off bank loans the banks other wise would never have got.
As for helping these people why would thew likes of the UN when they keep going on about population reduction.
It's the same as with global warming their is so much that could be genuinly done yet that is not the true plan.
