I would submit that the 'dominant train of thought' on this forum is anti-EU, and that most people would realise this 'within a few minutes of arriving here'.
Therefore it's not unreasonable for Kernow not to post the option to vote 'no'. If someone here wanted to vote no, not only I would suggest that they really shouldn't be here on this forum, but they should find the option to vote 'no' themselves.
