I have lovely little surgical steel handcuffs engraved with the names of previous conquests. And I think there is just room for a YCHTT near the locking device.
My whip is made of words. Some are acidic, some sharp and many are sweet. None are bitter or sour. They are the words of the tale teller and Bard, so you will be transported but not killed or maimed.
My stockings are just there for decoration, but what the heck I have them in so many colors and patterns I may turn up in tiger stripes or leaves instead. Camouflage and disguises are part of the suspension of disbelief. And you can't travel anywhere or be transported anywhere without a suspension of disbelief. We aren't in a science laboratory, we are in a time machine and the time machine has a kaleidoscope ceiling and windows that can see all three timescapes as well as inky darkness.
Tara will be there in the form of a flower. This is what she really is underneath all that defensive banter. An orchid, maybe, or a tiger lily.
And the Queen of the Nile has already created her disguise. She will be eating grapes and lying on a brocaded couch, while the river slips by in its ancient undulations and you become what you were meant to be.
