Of course, it is a fairly transparent attempt to deceive the reader into thinking that this also includes the UKIP MEP's expenses and the Independence & Democracy Group finances as well. Marta Andreason will, AFAIK, only be looking at the national party finances, and her role as treasurer has absolutely no relevance to EU expenses. Indeed, the UKIP NEC has no access to MEP and IDG accounts.
