It is better if you put your complaint (about BBC pro-EU bias and their poor coverage of yesterday's EU Treaty referendum really in London) to the BBC Trust in writing and that you send it by post to them as well as by e-mail (marking the top left of your letter "Sent by post and by e-mail"). I think it is more effective to complain in writing than just by telephone.
