Good theory! Problem I see with this method, it could damage society beyond repair! I started smoking at a very young age because it made me, (I thought) look grown up! It took me another 40+ years to pack up the addiction! A lot of very young people today smoke and if they had access to cheap drugs, a lot would take them , because it was "Cool" to do so! Who'd want to employ a bunch of crack addicts?
