Absolutely. There is a well known drug dealer on the estate where I live (not a sink estate by the way, but an average English estate) who seems immune from arrest. It's an appalling situation, but one beyond the residents control. This man has some most unpleasant associates who would I'm sure make anyone who tried to do anything about it themselves an offer they couldn't refuse.
Drug abuse is out of control in Britain as is binge drinking. The whole liberal consensus takes the blame for the former while the government has exacerbated the latter.
I believe in capital punishment for murder and also for drug pushers.
