I am sure Clippo will agree with me that he would accept willingly the views of someone he met, say, at work who happened to agree with his views on this subject and that he would not ask them about their qualifications.
Because Clippo would willingly accept that the person who agrees with him was capable of forming a considered opinion even if they had no formal qualifications at all in science or in any other area.
So, I have to say, therefore, that I do wonder why Clippo thinks it is fair to only question those who disagree with him on this subject about their qualifications.
I get the impression that if someone agrees with him on this matter, Clippo will take the view that what qualifications (if any) they have are not relevant but if someone does not agree with him on this subject he believes that the qualifications (if any) of the person opposing his view are relevant.
Not a very fair approach from Clippo on this subject.
