Default thanks for all your replies

Thanks for all your replies - (I thought you would ignore me at first!) I was probably being a bit mischievous with my 'category' bit. There are obviously more types than that - but unfortunately such types do tend to dominate. It’s up to reasonable people who are 'down to earth' to get involved and make politics something that ordinary people feel comfortable with.

As you say - there are no perfect parties. I suppose I'm probably saying I don't like snobs.

I actually think I will grow to like UKIP because it is against political correctness and it's also against IR35 (a tax which affects small businesses).

I am hoping it’s the kind of party that lives up to it’s name by allowing people a bit of individuality & freedom within the party.

A Happy New Year and lets hope UKIP can make a breakthrough in 2008!
