It seems (from the article on the link below) that one of the authors of the Telegraph top 100 list of the most influential right wingers might be Mr. Iain Dale, the former Conservative candidate who stood at the last General Election.
I read Mr. Dale's blog and I am sure he has said that he is not a fan of UKIP. He does, however, support the campaign for an English Parliament within the UK.
