You will look in vain in the EDP's Constitution to find a 'Vice Chair', but then, when you've advanced £30K a facade can be found for you to operate behind! When has there ever been an election for 'Vice Chair'?
Much of the liability was incurred in 2004 and 2005 (for fairly obvious reasons) but it was not until the 10 Sep 2006 that this information was declared because it was required to be! Indeed, the creditors (at least three others) for a further £11,825 (that we know of) remain undisclosed to the EDP's National Council. Why the secrecy?
