Thank you for that information Kananga. If they show it on BBC Parliament tomorrow I'll try to watch it and see what Barroso says and what comments are made by members of the europhile Liberal Dims before and after he addresses their conference.
I saw a couple of minutes of coverage of the Liberal Dim conference on BBC Parliament earlier - the conference hall looked at least 60% empty
