Rather than just put up some links to some news stories I thought it might be a better idea to create some news instead. I have an idea for a Monmouth Rebellion part 2 but I need a bit of help. Does anyone work for a council and/or know about legal issues to do with what would happen or what the government could do if a council decided not to enforce the smoking ban? My point is that instead of having a war with the council and especially when your council is not Labour it would be far better to help your council to help the people, but we need some legal brains on the case. If we can figure it out for the council then any Tory run council could see a windfall of support. Also what do Liberals have to say on the matter, are they being Liberal or liberal about it? (I have about equal number of both to convince) All inside information would be most welcome. Thanks.
