Anti-English Labour will only support it as long as it doesn't happen.

It's time the UKIP policy on this went mainstream - abolition of the present Scottish Parliament/Welsh Assembly with their duties handed to Scottish/Welsh MPs meeting Scotland/Wales (with English constituency MPs deliberating on English legislation in their absence from the House of Commons) is one of the most interesting proposals I have come across in this area.
