Yes and No. Good for short term. When you have 10,000 filtered and 500 not, you still have to wade through them.

They spam you domain. I didn't try to work it out, but the spammers alias your account / domain, sending out spam which is rejected by other firewalls and comes back to you. The originator spams twice for every one sent out.
