Officer: What's your name?

Offender/Person being questioned: No answer/ "Mickey Mouse"

Officer: You're under arrest under S.25 of PACE for failing to give your correct name and address.
It's called the Police and Criminal Evidence Act, and it's been around since 1984.

No doubt the power to arrest for this now comes from the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005.
