Default They travelled to Bucharest

This is the report on the Independence and Democracy Group site about the famous 'Bucharest Declaration'.

Why they all had to travel to Bucharest - at our expense - when they all meet up in Brussels anyway - is a question worth asking.

Did they all stay in B&B - or maybe a 3-star hotel?
