It is difficult to continue a constructive dialogue when faced with such comments. It's a shame, but that seems to be the way it is.

I have posted a graph of number of earthquakes v time. It seems to be causing Paullotion some difficulties. I'd appreciate your feedback on how I could make that data more accessible to him.

Unfortunately I believe that you may be right.
I have a very low opinion of the intelligence of most of humanity nowadays and it has often led me into depression, twice somewhat severe.
Frankly, I would not trust the average citizen nowadays to add two to two and come up with the correct answer.
