The issue of the Commonwealth was discussed at a Dissident Congress meeting, but no decision was made on whether to abolish or retain it.
I myself would like to form economic ties with Russia and Japan. They both have large populations and Russia has plenty of raw materials, and Japan has plenty of technical know-how.

An alliance with Russia and Japan was called for by the Late Enoch Powell MP in a speech he made at Doncaster.
The speech was reported in only one national newspaper at the time - but it was one of his best (in my view).
Mr. Powell said that Japan and the UK had much in common - both were former Imperial powers; both were islands and both were on either side of the euroasian landmass. He said Japan and the UK needed to form an alliance with Russia to provide a balance to the dangers of an EU Superstate and to China and the USA. |
