Just depends on what you take as the axis.
Experiment: You know those little clockwork models where the solar system is shown and all the planets move? Set one going but grab the entire thing by the Earth. You'll notice that with the Earth as the fixed point, the Sun does indeed rotate around it.
If we take Tony Blair as the only fixed point in the Universe, for example, then by default everything else (which doesn't maintain a fixed aspect in relation to him) *must* revolve around him. Except Clare Short, who doesn't adhere to the known laws of physics because dark matter never does.
