No I will not give you an "unbiased reference to the cost analysis" in view of the tone at the opening of your rather unpleasant posting (i.e. your words "Don't be so bl**dy daft"). You do not seriously expect me to answer any enquiry written in this way.
No one is forcing you to agree with me, but I refuse to spend MY time on getting together information/links etc. to answer questions from such a rude person as you. Whoever you are.

By being out-argued in related threads, you’re letting your emotions control your logical thinking.
Okay, I’ll re-word what I wrote earlier :-
I say old chap, I do think you may have the wrong end of the stick with your statement about Ryanair maybe leaving Stanstead or the UK. This is because, in my view, his company generates most of its’ business with flights in & out of the UK to Europe, even if Head office is in Dublin, & he’s probably one of the most committed business leaders to his own company that is around at the moment. He is renowned for his Celtic rages and he is not so much saying GW isn’t caused by man-made CO2 as simply gut-reacting to a threat to his business.
Although I disagree with your view, I can understand that it might have been wishful thinking on your part that O’Leary would ‘take-on’ & defeat the (mythical) axis of voodoo as mpkdavies puts it. However, I can’t see it happening myself.
I have flown with Ryanair several times, & Easyjet & BA and so on. I like Ryanair & Easyjet because they are cheap & great for short hops, for me, from Liverpool / Manchester to various parts of Europe but I know in my heart of hearts that modern Jet air travel is a major cause of GW because it puts the CO2 in the very worst place.
Now, I asked you for more details on the claim that :-
Quote:

Ryanair flies fuller aircraft than BA (who fly aircraft which sometimes include many empty seats). Ryanair emits one fifth of the amount of carbon emissions that BA does per passenter. BA emits nearly half a ton on average per passenger."

purely because this is a truly remarkable statistic by anyone’s standard. All I wanted you to do was to see if the Sky presenter, since I don’t have ‘Sky’, had qualified that claim in any way.
Time after time, you and mpkdavies repeat statements, written or verbal, by others without using any analytical commonsense
I do fear that you, like mpkdavies are the ones being duped, (by yourselves), by being selective in your intellectual input. .
