Exactly. The eco-bullies have turned their campaign against alleged global warming into a religion.
Professor Stott is cleary a highly educated chap who knows what he is talking about. As does Lord (Nigel) Lawson who spoke against the eco-bullies last month.
I agree with what Professor Stott says - the campaign against alleged carbon emissions from aircraft is really about the arrogant, wealthy, metro-'elite' trying to stop the masses from breaking into what used to be their exclusive preserve of inter-continental air travel.
As the Professor and Lord Lawson said - only 4% of carbon emissions are man-made and just 2% of those come from the UK. The biggest emitters - China, India and the USA are not even part of the Kyoto Agreement (on reducing carbon emissions).
