The only break down I’ve had is a bloody nervous one sitting in the queue because they have given priority to the bloody M42 toll road and us none paying peasants have to join the M42 via a slip road :evil: .
They have changed all of the roads around here to give priority access to the Bloody toll road.
They have built the A38 straight through an island so the A5 via a new Hints bypass can access the toll road quicker.
The Sutton bypass, which was one road, now has two islands so that people can get on and off.
Strange all of these changes happening once the toll road was finished. :roll:
By the way I am totally against the idea of using the hard shoulder to save money what price is a life worth.
As for the lay-bys every 500 yards are theses going to be long enough to take a car towing a caravan and a recovery vehicle which wont be able to get to you, as it will be stuck in traffic.
What happens when emergency vehicles want to get to the scene of an accident?
Surely it would be cheaper to build one extra lane than thousands of lay-bys
