I presume that anyone migrating here from Romania could declare that there are Roma Gypsy and no one would be able to prove any different. (The Government here doesn't care if any entrant is a criminal, so why would they worry about Roma's origins?). That being the case, they could and probably will demand that theybe allowed to move onto farming land and claim their human rights to settle there as gypsies as many have before them without let or hindrance. This would be attractive to New Lab as it means they would be able to accomodate many more without seeing them homeless.
