Default To criticise or not to criticise UKIP that is the question?

Apart form my repeated assertion that our Party Secretary should NOT enter the fray in discussions of a critical nature of UKIP I have a level of understanding for his view that that while UKIP is not perfect it is all we have and we should all desist for criticising it and make do with what we have.I'm also well aware of the advantages of unity for a political party.
However having said that I will so long as UKIP exists continue to criticise it openly because with UKIP things were meant to be so different and I feel very disappointed that UKIP is so ineffective and I'm simply not prepared to accept UKIP as just another Party.
I will not list the problems UKIP has had since its birth but they have been many and it is clearly not only I who is dissappointed but literally 1000's of UKIP members who have left the Party. What achievements can UKIP actually claim in its 10 year life? Our key problem has been one of LEADERSHIP with our main asset our MEP's all wasting their time in Brussels rather than campaigning in this Country.
The old guard have had their day UKIP's only hope is a new Leader with a new vision and for me that man is Richard Suchorzewski.
