Of course the 'Sex Trade' harms people other than the participants. If your street was full of used condoms, syringes etc you would know all about it.

However you are never going to put a stop to The Oldest Profession so pious platitudes are a total waste of time. We need to study the ways in which other countries like Germany seem to have effectively corralled this nuisance and allowed people to get on with whatever they want to do with a minimum of disruption to others.
