Yesterday I was pleased to see the editors of leading papers throughout Europe taking a stand on the issue of the "mohammedan cartoons". The eloquent editor of 'Le Soir' Jacques LeFranc stated the case for a secular society not to be dictated to by religious zealots of any persuasion. After all it's been common practice for lefties to denigrate the christian church for a long time now.
Today LeFranc has been sacked because of the powerful Islamic lobby and their timid apologists in the French government.
