The Way it should be!!
One issue that UKIP must press is for the cancellation of top-up fees. Generally people who have a degree have a higher income and less likely to be relient on state help. Therefore, they will be the biggest contributers to the economy through tax. Shouldnt we be encouraging more people to be economically active. Economically active people take very little away from the economy in comparison to economically dependent people. This obviously isnt to target children or OAP's in any way. Opinions please.
