I agree with MKP
legalise and decriminalise. But make sure you do thorough research on it's effects on the human body first and make that available to the public - also have to think of how easy it is to breathalise people on cannabis as you have the trouble of driving under the influence. To my knowledge cannabis on the whole is a drug that sedates but there are also various types of weed, referred to as 'bubonic chronic' and 'northern lights' that are laced with othe rmore unnatural chemicals that cause hallucinations and possible psychotic episodes - although so does alchohol! it's a question as to how easy it would be to police these class A weeds over and above normal cannabis.
