I noticed that the Spectator article mentions the Police Community Support Officers. We'll be hearing a lot more about them, I think. Has anybody else seen this:

There were similar stories in the Times and the Grauniad - otherwise I'd have assumed that the Indy jounalist had just been having a bad dream due to eating too many toasted cheese sarnies before his after-lunch nap.
