No UKIP May Not Be Part Of The Right But Neither Are We In Many Ways.
In Fact We Have More In Common With The Old Left Than We Have With The Free Trade Torries.
But We Say Far Right Because Thats How Political Pundits See Us And Thats How They Will Always See Us.
Albion is being disingenuous. He also contradicts himself. In a previous post he writes of a unity of the Right and includes UKIP/NF/BNP in this category.
Free Trade is economic liberalism and neither Left nor Right. Globalism is the new word for it. The BNP/NF opposes it only because it is internationalist by nature and therefore contrary to nationalist aspirations.
UKIP advocates being part of NAFTA (North Atlantic Free Trade Area) rather than involvement with the EU. What that really means is a closer association with America rather than with our European friends. The BNP/NF fool themselves if they believe there is an "independent" alternative. UKIP, likewise.
You are of the far-Right, Albion, because you advocate policies based on racial lines and you follow a hard-line nationalist agenda. There is nothing "old Left" (whatever that means) about you unless you believe the people should own the means of production, distribution and exchange - the basis of socialism.
You are far-Right because that is your place on the political spectrum defined by your beliefs and attitudes.

Sincerely,

Robert Edwards
